Pity, since Tumblr seems not to allow comments or subscription unless you're signed up to it. Blogger's colonisation by Google is a pain, but what about something a little more open like Wordpress?
Yeah, i thought that blogger was the same w/ regards to subscribing. Actually, there is a way to allow comments on tumblr, i'm gonna have it figured out soon. Overall, I just find tumblr much easier to use, w/ a more tangible 'community'.

No - with blogger the blog owner can set the requirements for posting comments in the settings field, so that if you choose to leave commenting open to all you can. Not that I hold any brief for blogger particularly. Hope tumblr fulfils your expectations...
